American Legion

Post 57 is a fraternal organization of veterans and families of veterans. We have a membership numbering over 500 and sponsor many activities for members and often the public. We frequently serve food at our events and over the past 7 years, have upgraded our kitchen to enable us to offer a varied menu.

Much of the food preparat¡on is done by volunteers, who are quite often inexperienced with commercial appliances, particularly the high capacity fryers. lt soon became apparent that we were going to have to hire a chef because our costs for oil were just over the top and the fryers were impossible to keep clean and up to sanitation standards. Then we discovered Filta and their services. What a difference it has made; our oil costs are less than half of what they were and the fryers seem to always be pristine.

The Filta techs are reliable and very knowledgeable, providing guidance and solving problems when needed. I cannot imagine not having their services and still provide quality, good tasting food to our patrons. I am pleased to offer my vote of approval to Filta’s team of experts.
