I am writing this letter to express my satisfaction with Filta. Since implementing service with Filta, our fryers are cleaner and their Filtafry micro-filtration process extends the useful life of our cooking oil. The reduced cost in oil helps pay for the cost of service. The real value comes from the risk to my staff being eliminated. Their process eliminates my need to for “boil out” or any other chemical for cleaning the fryer.
