As the Restaurant Facilities Management Association celebrates its 10th anniversary, industry leaders gather in Dallas to network and learn about the newest products and services needed to succeed in a competitive landscape. Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions, best known as the company that invented Mobile Fryer and Cooking Oil Management will be educating attendees on the value of professional fryer management. Additionally, the company is promoting its FiltaBio service which is waste oil collection without the need for the traditional bin. Scott Humphreys, Filta’s Director of Field Support is representing the company at the show.
