Filta has been servicing our 4 fryers twice a week for the past year and a half. The service of micro-filtering our frying oil and cleaning of our fryers has provided several benefits. Extending the life of our oil has reduced consumption, increased food quality, reduced our exposure to workers comp. liability, and had a positive impact on the look of our kitchen.
