After five months of using the FiltaFry service, I can honestly say that my fryers have never looked better, and our oil usage has been seriously reduced. The guys with Filta have done an excellent job working with me and my staff, and have found several problems with our fryers that were fixed before they became big issues during our busy times.

The Filta truck is waiting for us when we open the kitchen in the mornings, and they are out of our way before we need to be around the fryers. When they are done, the oil is ready to cook, and the fryers are clean and in great shape. The guys that work in our kitchen are friendly and do excellent work.
