We have been using the FiltaFry service at the Fiddlesticks location for two months and we are definitely huge fans. Filta promised that we would cut our fryer shortening use in half, and they have delivered on that. We were dumping two to three times a week, and are now down to once a week, even in our busy times.

They are very professional and leave the fryer area cleaner than when they arrive. The fryers themselves are very clean after the service, and even with them servicing us between lunch and dinner, they are never in the way of our cooks.
