You do a great job! We have one fryer that we were dumping every week before we took on the Filta service. Filta now gets us two weeks which saves us money. The other benefit to this service is the safety;  we have only women in our kitchen and it is a lot safer for Filta to dump our fryers, the ladies are so grateful to them and their service.
