TGI Friday’s

You know how we feel about FiltaFry systems. I’ve been using them over the last two years and the reason that I’m using them is because they’ve made such a dramatic difference in the grease in the fried food here in our restaurant.

Kind of on a side note of that, we’ve had tremendous success with the fryers themselves with all the efforts that they’ve put into the cleaning and the operating of them. This seems to be a scenario where they’ve lasted a lot longer than we’ve expected.

Overall, I’d have to rate FiltaFry an A+ for their effort and for their systems. I would strongly recommend them to everybody.
