As concessions manager of the University of Alabama Bryant Denny football stadium and Coleman Coliseum I have been extremely pleased with the service provided by Filta at Rita.

Honestly, I was a bit skeptical of the idea at first. Filta’s efforts to show us a personalized conservative analysis of our facilities proved that we should give it a try. WOW!  The results are extremely positive. Our fryers are spotless, the chance of an employee being burned during dumping and cleaning has been completely removed, and the life of the oil has been extended!
